High Capacity Passive Cooling
Shelters + Thermal Devices |
| |
Based on the following considerations:
a - adequate climatization
directly affects the reliability of telecommunications
equipment while climate problems, mainly over temperature,
cause over 60% of telecommunication equipment failures
and significantly reduce the life span of the equipment;
b - the electric powered devices
employed for climatization require a redundant system,
suitable control logic, high power consumption and
maintenance; c - passive
climatization solutions now available are dedicated
only to special project under extreme environmental,
logistic and power feasibility conditions.
Celant.Tel is currently studying to set up a design
of an actual passive or semipassive cooling compact
shelter that may reach 3000W of cooling capacity
and is also suitable for European environmental
application. Encouraging results were obtained on
a Celant.Tel patented PCS model, when it was proved
and tested at Siemens Quality Department of Cassina

High Capacity Semi Passive Conductive
Shelter For Equatorial And Temperate Environments |
| |
Our effort is to set up an hermetic
sun shielding shelter having and internal heat load
up to 3000W capable to maintain the internal temperature
within the ETSI standard when installed in equatorial
or hot temperate climates. The power consumption
of the vent device eventually used should not exceed
10% of the internal load. |

Passive Cooling Cabinets &
Enclosure For Battery And Low Power Equipment |
| |
The patented design refers to
cabinets able to house batteries and rectifiers
of various capacities in separate compartment arrangement.
The main aim has been to develop environmental conditions
within the battery chamber, which provide an internal
temperature close to the minimum external temperature
using a passive conditioning system, designed specifically
for this use. These conditions are able to meet
specific needs for this application and comply with
ETSI standards for air exchange. |

Volume Reduction And Improved
Efficiency Of Traditional Passive Cooling Shelters |
| |
Several studies are in progress
to simplify the construction of the passive system
basic component and their interconnection while
improving the performance. |

Efficiency Tank/Exchanger (For
Passive Cooling Systems) |
| |
The study refer to a totally
new design in terms of tank shaping, material and
assembly configuration. |

Integrated Radio Base Station
Solution For Roof Top Sites |
| |
Celant.Tel is now planning to
introduce additional simplification and cost reduction
on the patended and already tested Load Distribution
Device for Roof Top Shelter model. |
